By browsing this website, creating an account, purchasing a pass, or booking a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Website Use

The content of this website is for general information and may change without notice.
Soma House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

2. Intellectual Property

All text, design elements, images, videos, logos, and trademarks on this site are the property of Soma House or used with permission.
Any reproduction or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Classes & Schedule

SOMA House aims to deliver all classes as scheduled; however:

  • class times, formats, and instructors may change without notice;
  • classes may be cancelled at any time for operational or safety reasons.

Refunds, credits, or compensation are not guaranteed for changes or cancellations beyond our control.

Late entry is not permitted once the class has begun, for safety and respect of all participants.

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made via the online platform (BSport) or through the booking widget on our website.Payment is required at the time of booking.
To attend a class, you must hold a valid pass or purchase a single class at the moment of reservation.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Classes may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time with no penalty.

Any cancellation made within 23 hours, or any no-show, will result in the loss of the class credit (or a charge for unlimited memberships).

6. Participation & Safety

By booking a class at Soma House, you confirm that:

  • you are in good physical health and able to participate in heated movement classes (35°C–37°C)
  • you will follow the instructions provided by the instructor
  • you understand that physical activity in infrared heat carries inherent risks (fatigue, dehydration, physical discomfort, injury)

Soma House is not liable for:

  • injuries resulting from improper execution or disregard of instructions,
  • lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings,
  • physical harm resulting from participation in any class, workshop, or event.

Pregnancy: Our group classes are not suitable for pregnant clients. Private prenatal sessions and group workshops may be available.

7. Pricing

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF).
Soma House reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
All purchases are final.

8. Passes & Packages

Validity periods:

  • As indicated at the purchase of the package.

Passes:

  • are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused or extended, unless legally required;
  • cannot be shared between clients;
  • do not include workshops or special events unless otherwise stated.

Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the session.

9. Workshops & Events

Workshops, guest teacher sessions, and special events may have separate conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, these bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Studio Etiquette & Right of Refusal

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, Soma House reserves the right to refuse entry or service at any time to individuals whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
