Our classes — Pilates, Yoga, Sculpt and Barre — are powered by infrared heat, set at a temperature between 35-37°C, that amplifies performance, accelerates recovery, and awakens focus.

Class descriptions
All of our classes are 60min long and held in infrared heat between 35°C and 37°C. All levels are welcome, with intensity and variations adaptable to your individual pace and practice.
Pilates
60min - 35-37°C
Low-impact, high-intensity mat Pilates class focusing on slow, controlled movements, alignment, and breath. This workout includes light props such as pilates ring, ball or lights weights. You will feel longer, leaner, and stronger.
Power yoga

A powerful vinyasa flow that moves through dynamic sequences to strengthen your body, deepen flexibility, and boost your endurance.
Flow & Stretch
60min - 35-37°C
Release your muscles and foster flexibility and good posture through this gentle flow focused on releasing energy blocks with each pose moving into a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
Sculpt

A high energy class focusing on low impact while bringing your heart rate up. Strength training exercises with weights targeting all muscle groups to bring you to the ultimate total body burn.
Sculpt Abs & Booty

A high energy class focusing on low impact while bringing your heart rate up. Strength training exercises with weights, focusing on glutes and core.
Barre
60min - 35-37°C
A dynamic workout that fuses ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Designed to sculpt and tone your entire body, this class focuses on small, controlled movements that target key muscle groups, improving your posture, flexibility, and core strength.
Important information
For everyone’s comfort, classes start on time and we do not allow any late entry out of respect for other participants.
We highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the class so you have time to comfortably check in.
Yoga mats are provided; however, for optimal comfort and hygiene, we recommend using a yoga mat towel. They are available for purchase at the studio for CHF 20.
Please note that lockers require a personal lock.
Locks are available at the studio for CHF 10 if needed.
We offer six showers, fully equipped with everything you need — plush towels, L’Occitane beauty products and hair dryers for a seamless post-class experience.
For safety reasons, our group classes are not suitable during pregnancy. Our experienced prenatal teachers are happy to guide you through private sessions or during our dedicated prenatal workshops, check our website and Instagram for upcoming dates.
Frequently asked questions
Each session begins with a gentle warm-up to help you acclimate to the infrared heat and prepare your body and breath. You’ll then be guided through the full class sequence, finishing with a cool-down to release the heat and restore balance.
Expect to sweat deeply — wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Classes are held barefoot, though grip socks are welcome if you prefer.
We recommend hydrating well before class and replenishing afterwards with electrolytes or vitamin-rich drinks. Our Hydration Bar offers a curated selection of refreshing options to support your recovery.
We provide all equipment needed for your class, which is professionally disinfected after every session.
You’ll receive a complimentary shower towel, a sweat towel for your practice, and a cool towel for your post-class recovery. If you would like to use a yoga towel on your mat, you are welcome to bring your own or you can purchase one at the studio for CHF 15.
Lockers are available for your personal belongings — please bring your own lock, or you can purchase one at the studio for CHF 10.
Classes are shoeless, though grip socks are welcome if you prefer.

Our instructors are highly attentive and trained to offer personalized modifications. Please let them know before class begins about any injuries or conditions, so they can help you move safely and confidently.
Each class accommodates up to 18 participants, with over 3 square meters per person for maximal comfort.
All of our instructors are fluent both in English and French, the class language will be adapted to the participants.
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your class up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
For late cancellations or no-shows, the class will be fully charged.
